I appreciate the responsiveness of the people I emailed regarding delivery and my discount. They were helpful. I was a bit disappointed that the site said if I subscribe I would get 10% discount off my first order. But that didn't happen and when I enquired, it was because the products were already discounted for black friday. I felt a bit misled. You either offer 10% off the first order irrespective of what it is or you don't. But either way it should have been communicated on the site.
