It's very easy to order through the app. It arrives very quickly and so far in great condition. This is my second "event pin".

I love the interaction, it gets me motivated, but the fact that I didn't get my reward that I paid for is kind of discouraging. I mean, if you would like to send me something that would be great.
I've also been waiting for one of your large plushies, but I seemed always miss out. It's my life. I guess I'm just so sad.

Customer service staff is very kind and encouraging and has gotten back to me on my questions. I know it's a smaller company but I'm so sad I haven't been able to get my large Finch. I ordered the mini bear which stated it comes with the bear outfit but it did not. The following week they offered 4 costumes in the store so I had to get those for my girl.
