Easy shopping experience and pretty fast shipping. UPS did toss the package over my back fence with a shoe print on it but that's not the fault of Finch ... Honestly it may be a testament to the quality of their product which was completely unharmed.

This is my second time using finch and this time around has been a wonderful experience. I love that I have friends on the app to share this with and seeing daily vibes has helped my self care journey. I've found this has made a real effect on my life and how I treat myself. As of May 2026, I have been noticing the app is being more slow, and at times force shutting itself when I would check off a goal or talk with my birb. I updated it which helped a lot, but can still be slow or close by itsel
