The issues are as follows:
1. Incorrect Readings: We receive about 15%-20% of readings with incorrect data. Based on the flight's real-life trajectory and the readings it's clear that things are incorrect. For example, there are some hits where the ball hits the top of the cage (14 feet high) but the launch angle shows less than 1 degree.
2. Missing Readings: Off the tee it's missing about 2-3 of every ~15 hits. When coming off the pitching machine the miss pick-up rate is much closer to

The machine itself is great, but the user interface isn't very manageable - I would expect the coaches' portal to enable coaches to change e-mails if needed without needing a support ticket. Additionally there are a lot of synching issues between the coach account and the individual player accounts that we haven't gotten to the bottom of yet despite following all onboarding instructions. I'm sure that part is just growing pains! Overall, highly recommend the product!
