easy and straight forward. i think shipping should be included. i'd rather have minimal packaging that ships free, than a nice box that will immediately be thrown out and drives up the shipping cost. or offer minimal packaging with free shipping, or nice packaging with current $5 shipping if you're giving as a gift. any which way, $5 isn't a deal breaker and shouldn't sway anyone's decision.

This is the best sleep mask I have ever used. Many masks block out the light, but this is one of the most consistently comfortable masks I have used (and I have used many). How did it take so long to figure out the above and below the ear double strap?
