I ordered a 2 pack of the Arc Straps and did not receive them. I email regarding the mix up and never received a reply.

Good. Although, I got an email saying the mask was delivered 1-2 days before it was actually delivered.

I just wish there was a European distributor to avoid import duties, but everything was great otherwise

Price is high for a mask. Mask is nice overall, but I do experience some minor issues. Shipping was average timing and expected.

Great product and very fast shipping.

Item was shipped to Canada via USPS which was great as it avoids additional brokerage fees. Unfortunately, the Canadian border services charged duty on the masks, which was an unforeseen cost. No fault of the company though.

Ordering was easy, shipping was fine, item in good condition. No complaints.
