Ordering was easy, getting the shoes was not. The package had the incorrect address in the tracking label even though it had the correct address on the box. So, it was sent back to the Pleasant Hill, IA PO. I only found that out after calling my Altoona, IA PO. I tried for 1.5 days to contact the Pleasant Hill, IA PO. The phone rang for 3 minutes straight then gave me a busy signal. I tried at least 20 times. Someone emailed me and called me two days later but only after I submitted a complaint.
