I was really excited to order my bridal dress, but the final result was disappointing. The dress didn’t match the advertised photos, especially around the waist and overall finishing. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, I was told that everything looked perfect. For such an important occasion, I expected better craftsmanship, better quality control, and more willingness to make adjustments. Sadly, this experience caused me unnecessary stress, and I wouldn’t order from this shop again.
