Horrendous customer service, incomplete curriculum, and terrible instruction— essentially no reteaching for the child who doesn’t understand at the first time. There were constant glitches and issues with lessons. You are a company that doesn’t care or value the families using your program, you’re just concerned about that monthly payment, even when YOUR site has issues and doesn’t cancel when someone tries.

We loved the program up until the new middle school cinema series. Time 4 Learning must be using terrible AI for their lessons, grading, and comments. Due to this we are leaving the program altogether after 5 years. The price has steadily increased over the years as well as the quality went down for the middle school curriculum. There are better options that cost less. I wish T4L hadn't switched to the cinema series because we all loved the program beforehand.
