when I went to pause my subscription for the summer break, I could not do it and had to pay the full price, with a small discount, but still not the price I paid in the past when pausing for summer. I was told there was a new billing system that wouldn't allow the previous pausing price so now I pay nearly 4 times as much when I am not even using it so they don't delete all the info from previous years. This new billing system is a you problem and now its my problem... thanks
