I had problems when I first signed up with my primary email address. I never got a link or a link to ACTIVATE my parent account after payment, but I was able to log in to the student account. I was able to sign in after setting up the student account. The student account worked fine, but every time I tried to sign in to the parent account, I had to reset my passwo

The auto function failed and didn't charge me but was going to cancel my son's subscription and delete his history anyway. I couldn't purchase a year so I had to pay for a month, then a year. Then I was double charged a couple weeks later for an entire year without permission. The charge went thru in the middle of the night so I couldn't get help and had to call my credit card company at 2 in the morning to have my card frozen for fraud because I had no idea if more charges would come.
