I'm giving this product one star because I'm really disappointed with both the product and the customer service. they advertise it as the ultimate solution for long bike rides, but that hasn't been my experience at all.
I tried two of their products, including their premium bisaddle bonneville, and unfortunately, neither worked for me. I watched all the videos followed every instruction carefully, and even took the saddles to a professional bike fitting, and still no luck .
