The kit arrived in good condition and appears to be well made. Thankfully, I’ve never had to use it, so I can’t speak to how effective it is in an actual emergency. Since this is my first anti choking rescue device, I don’t have anything to compare it to, and I’m not familiar with the brand.

Reached out immediately with my concerns to customer care and was told there were no returns. I explained that I’d only opened one and I still was not able to return because there is no return policy. I never used the product, but it is not going to safely create suctions and could actually harm a child. I can never use this product.
