The shipment arrived on time which is a plus. When I opened the package and looked at the oxtails, I noticed that they were about to expire the very next day smh. I cooked them in the oven. The oxtails were meaty and flavorful but lacked broth. They were dry and tender at the same time. I purchased the candy red and Cajun oxtails. For the price and oxtails expiring the next day, and little to no broth I will not purchase through mail. If I'm in Utah I'll most definitely stop by Les BBQ's restaurant for a better experience. 7/10
