You need to put more ice packs, our dries in your boxes, because by time he gets from Utah to Louisiana, it's defrosted. At least you know, with the dries. The liquid packs will stay pretty solid until you get here for like 5 to 6 days.

Warm food on arrival. The oxtails was good the sausage was way to smoky I couldn’t eat them all I tasted was smoke. I’m disappointed because I almost didn’t eat them because of not wanting to get sick. I took the chance because I wanted to try it so bad. One ice pack for a 4 day delivery from Utah to Baltimore Maryland is unacceptable as I spent 400 dollars. I am only giving it 3 stars because I oxtails was good. But I’m very disappointed I will not order again because it will just arrive warm
