1)The site doesn't give you an estimated time that your order will be ready. 2) When I did receive the email stating that my order was ready, it didnt give me the hours for pick up. 3)I had to email the site, and I was informed that I had to pickup by 4p, just to get there before 4p and it was closed. I had to recheck my email, just to find out they decided to leave 2 hours early that day. 4) It took me to many times corresponding via email with staff to finally get my order.
