Post and packaging is superb. However if you order a package the delivery system needs a perfect shake up as it is Major Bad. No one is there to answer your calls. Emails are not responded too. There is a blame game between the courier company and HaappyHerbs. I was really put through the grind prior to getting all my packages on all the occassions. Really ,really bad setup. Can improve as there is plenty of scope for improvement. Sincerely believe there is no room for excuses.
