The customer service is a joke. I haven’t been able to use the product yet because it arrived over a week late and I had to pivot to a different hairstyle. I sent several emails with no response but once my bank contacted them about a charge back that’s when they shipped my product and asked me to contact my bank. They said if I chose to keep the product they would provide a 20% code off my next order so I did and I’ve followed up with them twice and still no code. I will not purchase again.
