Worst customer service! Company makes you pay a fee to have the option to refund. But only gives you a few days for money back. . .but the clothes take longer to be delivered so you'll never have the option for money back if the clothes dont work! You're left with store credit but at a much lower price because you still have to pay part of the shipping to return the clothes that don't work! Biggest SCAM EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOUTIQUE!
UPDATE- The company responded to my review! First it took 5 days for the company to even ship out my order! Any other boutique/tik tok shop I've order from ships out within 24 hours! I also requested a return the day I got my product in the mail because I knew there was a time limit on it! I tried submitting for a refund and was only given the option for store credit!!!! They're now telling me I'm had till the 13th to get a money back refund. . . Yet I tried on December 6th!!!! They have the paper trail i requested a refund on the 6th. . . So why wont they give me my money back instead of a credit! I also just tried to use my credit on crap I really don't even need or want, but I want to be DONE WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY! I didnt even hit submit order and it pushed my purchase through!!!!! It also didnt even use the store credit Im suppose to have! So it charged my debit card the full amount! Now they're daying they dont cancel orders for any reason. . .even though it was just places a few minutes ago! I am going to call my bank and report fraud for this last order as I never even hit the final purchase button if they do not cancel the order!!!
They also automatically add the return coverage to your order. . . So if you don't pay close attention you'll be charged the extra amount even though you dont actually select the coverage. . . SHADDY COMPANY sneaking in extra charges!
