Prompt delivery, good communication

I have two Enya guitars and I play them quite a bit. The built in effects are a nice bonus but as a regular guitar they are quite nice. The Xmari has a spanky S type sound and the Nova Go Sonic has a good classic LP sound with a coil splitter.

Love the brand, and the innovative products, yet Every time I've bought from, I get charged a 'International Fee' like $18 this time! Please get a USA based account so if I ever make more purchases (and there is a product I've got my eye one ;) I won't have to figure in a BIG Surcharge on the price!

I honestly intended to order the brown sunburst version of this instrument but when my order arrived it turned out that I accidentally ordered the black one. I ended up selling it because I was not given the opportunity to exchange it for the sunburst version. I then ordered the sunburst version and it's great. I got confused by the website during the first order because it allowed me to swipe through the various color options to view them but reverted to the black one when I placed the order. I was able to successfully order the sunburst version the second time by clicking on the brown icon below the pictures but this is not really intuitive. I highly recommend changing the settings on the website such that clicking the order button results in ordering whichever version is showing on the screen at the time, as I'm sure other customers have been thrown off by this issue. Otherwise, I really like the guitar although I need to spend more time tinkering with the app.

You should point out, that it‘s almost essential to buy the footswitch with the guitar to get comfortable access to all features of the guitar or maybe offer a bundle?

Onboard tuner and display would complete it. I am suprised there is not one, being so techy. Also this may be possible 'not checked yet' bluetooth direct to blutooth headphones. Need to check that. The footpedal and smartphone is bluetooth not sure if the headphones.
