The product failed, it does not work. I made the complaint and they told me it is the battery module. I have been unable to use the product for a month now. A very great disappointment. I am waiting for the module they sent me to arrive and it is taking twice the promised time. I couldn't turn on much less enjoy the Nova Go Sp1 yet.
