Customer service doesn’t respond when questions asked regarding purchase. Paid a lot of money for a product that was changed and is now awful. They shouldn’t have changed the formula. And it went from a satisfaction guarantee to no returns or refunds accepted. Which tells me they knew their new product was not as good as before. I won’t be purchasing from them unless they go back to original formula with natural ingredients.
