This si the first time I had an issue with a size. In the beginning I received an email saying I would have to pay just for the shipping and get a reimbursement upon receiving the dress, but then I received another email saying I could simply get a discount in the next personalized item. I bought the same dress but in bigger size. I understand that personalized items can be a little more work to fix, but any tailor can unstitch a name from the fabric. I want to return the small dress and refund
