I have shopped here 3 times and enjoy their cute clothes for my kids. My package this time was marked as delivered, but I never received it. Upon contacting them, I was told that they wouldn't refund my items if they never arrived since they were marked as delivered and to contact the post office myself. While I understand they can't be for sure if I really didn't receive them, I feel nervous to order again if my package were to really get lost and then I'd be out that money with no product.

I ordered an outfit for a special event and the arrival time was longer than expected and arrived the day after the event! Then we were out of town and traveling multiple weeks in a row. I want a larger size since the event it passed but it’s a 10 day window to even initiate an exchange for the same size/ style too and not just returns! I thought that time windoe was just for returns. This is ridiculous!
