My general experience was excellent...I actually mis ordered one of the kits and didn't know it. I called CS, they were busy, and the controller of the company picked up and offered to help. She caught my order error, (it would have been disastrous), ran downstairs to see if she could get it shipped out that day and took care of everything...how could I not give 5 stars to that service!
