Easy to navigate.

Although the Amazon habit is hard to kick, I have been buying many of the books - e and audio - direct from Happenstance, and its a very easy and rewarding experience.

Like the ability to buy bundles so you can follow the series without waiting for the next book. Great idea.

Books arrived in a reasonable amount of time & were well packed.

Very easy to purchase the ebooks.

Simple and easy , but every book needs to be downloaded separately unfortunately I lost 4 books as I accidentally deleted the original email and can't retrieve it .

A little slow on shipping them out, otherwise, easy to find what you need, clear and simple website and lovely books.

I have read through the E books as being in Australia the postage on real books is prohibitive sadly but the whole experience was easy and fast to get my books and the bundles are really good value.

I ordered my second set of WHW, books 7 - 12; unfortunately book 10 was missing, however, this was quickly remedied and Book 10 arrived safely. Happenstance Books were most apologetic and very helpful and polite.

This is a hard one, if I try to download from my Kindle shopping tends to be glitchy so I have to go to my Kindle app on my phone. Not a big issue just a little inconvenient. I initially thought it was my Internet, but it happens no matter where I am and the Kindle is only a year old. I will continue to download it with my phone and send it to my Kindle with the app provided.

The whole process was extremely easy to purchase and put on kindle, I am very pleased and will purchase again!!

Ordering was simple as pie, with delivery in a timely manner with good comms throughout!
