There is no way to tell which "shipment" your purchase is a part of, how long it will take to arrive, where in the shipping process it is, etc. In our modern interconnected age of nearly endless logistics, the company is severely lacking in this kind of transparency. Are my mastic resin tears currently being harvested? Cool, tell me that! Are they being cured and processed? Are they being shipped to the states? Are they on the moon? Any sort of granular update would be better, because currently it feels more like throwing your money in a hole and hoping something eventually arrives.
