The heat resisting packaging for the Claim there of did not work for us here in Texas customer service did everything they could not to refund the product but to give us a replacement and it is still summer here so a replacement in our opinion would have the same exact issue that we experienced with our original purchase as a first-time customer otherwise it was a 30% refund for the product which we do not think is fair at alltoo much hassle for a very low quality product.
