A great bite but too much spice for me. As someone who absolutely loves spice something about this tasted a little soapy and off putting. However I'm also comparing this to the rest of the cookies we ordered which were insane and so good. Maybe needs some lemon and cream of tartar to balance the hefty spices. Otherwise a very well balanced, salty, well seasoned cookie
