They sent me the product without screws and, when I informed them — on the first day I went skiing and was about to use it — they literally replied: “However, as stated in our refund policy, any missing item claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.”.
Who offers only 7 days on any product, especially one that is so seasonal? Exactly — someone expecting numerous complaints.
Then they told me to use it without the screws, when it’s obvious that everything would come apart without them.
