hmmm, thought i just did this. Once I figured out how to use it I loved it. It's easy, but i still have no clue why they sent a package of screws. I also struggled getting the poles in the slots, but I just needed to put the clipstick higher on the skis so they didn't slam into the bindings. I love not having things flying all over when i'm carrying my skis!
