I wish it had a better grip. The material is unfortunately cheap but it's not surprising considering that the items are made in China. I would not recommend it and for the price I paid, it's just not worth it. Overall, not very happy with my purchase. Additionally, the customer service was below satisfactory. I made a mistake on my order and upon sending in my request, they continued to neglect answering my questions. After numerous attempts to communicate with them, instead of giving me a definitive answer, they eventually stopped responding. I basically received the 'we got your money now, so we don't care' kind of service.

HORRENDOUS customer servie - slow dispatch, delovery never happened, useless courier. Olivia says she understands everytime I send her video proof of me returnning an erroneous parcel the size of a pillow to the courier (clearly not three ski clips) & will refund me in four of her emails & yet continues to stall & delay making up excuses. My missing refund is for £63 & I'm still waiting since the 18th December.
