The strap wasn’t long enough to fit around my skis and when i requested a refund, you only refund a percentage of the total. Which is contrary to what you advertise. Wouldn’t purchase again just because of the lack of customer service.

First day of using, at the end of the ski day, clipping the second pole into the Clipstic it fractured. I was pretty cold, and it seemed like the plastic had hardened significantly. The customer service team sent a replacement which I received about a week later.
The way the poles mount they interfere with the binding brakes causing the poles to be skewed out. Certainly make the whole assembly (ski, clip, poles) a bit more cumbersome and a pole tends to pop out. Great concept, needs refinement
