Horrible, doesn’t update the status of the order by mail. Poor costumer service and you can get the exact same bag thru Amazon for a cheaper price

It was hard to get a hold of someone. I received an email response 2 weeks after my initial email.

No llegó mi pedido, me decepciona no haber recibido respuesta de la paquetería y que Allura nunca me comunico más al respecto. Tenía esperanza y ya la había pagado y aún así sigo sin mochila, ignorada y sin mi dinero
