The bag shipped much later than advertised. When I asked customer service they sent me a screenshot of the website were it said something like 9 days to shipping but they have somewhere else in their digital footprint that it ships in 3-5 days so a discrepancy on their end. The bag missed my trip and I was not impressed with the shipping so I am unlikely to purchase there again.
