Last year was great. This year was not great. Received several requests for a review, but declined because i didn't want to complain. Sent an email and they said they would remove me from their list and i wouldn't get another request for review. I'm reviewing because i am still receiving the emails. Maybe I'll stop getting the emails now. They were good last year. Plenty of issues this year - big delays in receiving the order and everything being right. Apologies, then delays continued. More apologies for 2nd set of lenses, delay continued. Asked to be removed from list asking for review. Apologies, then received more email.
