I did not like the product and stated this from the beginning my problem but then asked to do videos and other things that was a bit much to be troubling a unhappy customer for as I certainly did not sign up for such trouble when I payed for the product and thought any decent reputable company would be happy to refund a returned product due to customer dissatisfaction.
