Absolutely terrible! The website was hard to navigate. I wanted to return the tablet and got an immediate response saying keep the tablet and get 20% of my money back. When I said i wanted to return it and get 100% of my money back, they went silent. I figured out how to return it on my own and then waited for authorization to do so. After a few days, I followed up and finally got authorization. I mailed the tablet back (at my own expense). They received it 5 days ago i've heard nothing.
