When the vacuum did not ship his promised, I tried to cancel it. I was told I could keep the product and they would give me a 20% discount. It obviously was a auto replay because I hadn't even received the product yet. I did decide to be patient and just wait for it. And take their offer for the discount. It's been over 2 months and I still have not gotten that discount. When I email, I just keep getting reply emails saying that they are working on it.
