Disappointed. I tired to reach out to you guys in regards to my order. It was over 7 days in transit after it left your facility. I doubt these will be good as they definitely are no longer fresh. I tried to go this route instead of crumble but unfortunately was very disappointed. The cookies just came in a box no freshness protection.

First: shopping says 2-3 days from Monday. Didn’t get shipped out til a week later, even tho label was created Monday before. Then when package arrived, all of the plastic tops were off, one whole skillet was not even in the hole, and there was icing just crumbled/ rolling around inside the box
