My order was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, it came on Wednesday. The presentation was great. However there were no utensils or napkins which were supposed to be part of the order, that was very disappointing. My full message was not on the card, although there was room on the card to type it. All the cookies tasted great with the exception of the Cookie Monster which tasted stale. I would order again, with the hopes that the full experience would be better.

The cookies were yummy. I really enjoyed Cereal Milk & Cookie Monster. Cake Batter was good too but it was a bit dry and crumbly around the outer edges, but the middle was soft. My one complaint is that when my cookies around they were scattered all over the shipping box with the lids off of them, which was a little off putting. I know you can’t control what happens during shipping. It would be nice if you could find a way to secure the lids to the skillets via a sticker or some type of band.
