Shopping was very easy online pictures explained everything I even made a mistake in my order and sent an email the following night after I realized what I did wrong about changing the address and the names and somebody took care of it. No problem sent me an email back saying that they took care of the problem. Everything was done right my son and daughter-in-law received the package the way they should.
