They are very friendly, but sometimes still hard to get the information I needed. I visited the store once, to check out the bed frames that had storage. Everyone was on the phone except for one girl who did not have enough English to understand my questions at all. She was very motivated but it didn't help. Trying the online chat - they gave me same information that was already on the website and asked me to call. In the end - I managed, but could have been easier. OTOH - very fast delivery!
