I purchased a Eurostar M410 fat ebikes. Days after I purchased 2 more M410 with this time a promotion for a free «Rear Rack package» for the 2 bikes at the same price of the first one. But the first purchase didn't have the rear rack promotion.
Since I purchased 3 bikes where two had the promotion for the rear rack promotion, I asked to have the same deal for the first bike. The request was immediately denied.
I find it odd, very odd that after purchasing 3 ebikes M410, days apart, the 3 bikes would have the same deal but it is not. I'm very disappointed.
