I have ordered the items since February 2025 and not only was it delayed for more than 8 months, but the items that eventually got delivered after a 8 months delay was defective. The holes were not only properly installed, but the customer service staff was not even responsive. The item was supposed to be a birthday present in March and has been delayed for 8 months and the issue is still not resolved.
