I had ordered two teapots, but without any notice or explanation, only one was shipped and the other was refunded. There was no communication asking whether I wanted to proceed with the order after one of the items was out of stock, they just went ahead and sent it. In the end, considering the poor quality of the teapot I received, I suppose it's a relief that only one was processed. However, the gift box and were very beautiful. The packaging was also done well and it arrived in good condition
