Everything is packaged perfectly. I received a large order last year and just opened it due to a remodel. 2 12 piece place settings plus tea pots serving bowls and extras not one chip or break. Packaging is excellent and pottery is so precious it makes my heart beat double time. The painting of each piece perfect. I've waited years for this, and am so impressed.

I ordered ornament on 12/8 as a Christmas gift. I didn’t receive updated emails. I asked to change shipping so person would receive but too late. I was disappointed with the amateur writing for a $50+ gift then it was received on Christmas Eve n I had to ship out of pocket to the correct destination. Overall it cost me $75 for a mediocre ornament that wasn’t received for Christmas! Ruined it

I would have been happier if there were instructions included. there was nothing to tell you of the size and type of battery or how to install or remove the battery. With it being a gift I would have appreciated that information.
