We’ve ordered a lot of items; faucets, sink, brass drains and several items, which were custom made to fit our new bathroom. However we’ve only received two items that came in wrong sizes, and a single head shower without the rest of the fixings, which also were not made as ordered. We’ve had to return all those things and the rest of our order we never received. We have asked again and again about estimates for dispatch but never did we receive any information. In the end we’ve had to cancel the entire order, because our handymen could not keep waiting without knowing when the items would arrive. And even though we only have received a small part of the order, we have not yet received a refund, or the prepaid return labels for the items in wrong sizes. We keep mailing Brasslik, but nothing happens. They keep us waiting and don’t act at all.
