Great customer service, fast shipping, well packaged equipment. Some of the assembly instructions could have been a little more detailed, for example there were no height or width measurements for attaching the rack to the wall. You just kind of have to hold it together and see where they end up. It took much longer than 90 minutes but I’m happy with the finished product.
