Ordered May 21st and still haven’t received. I’ve had multiple tracking numbers say failed to deliver, and super inconsistent and incorrect communication from the team. At this point, I don’t even have an active tracking number but my last email from the team says the package is with shipping carriers. They’re still taking new orders, but haven’t fulfilled orders from over three months ago.
