Contacted customer service to ask them to change the name on the shipping address because it was wrong. Customer Service never corrected the error or contacted me aboutit. Thankfully it still arrived. The only contact I had with customer service was before I placed my order when I inquired about customs and duties. Further more shortly after I placed my Katana order I had to cancel the same card I used to purchase it due to some fraudulent on line purchases. This might not be related.

Came WAY faster than I expected, and like anything online, the pictures did not do this gem justice! The quality is out of this world, and you could tell it was crafted with the utmost care. The roped handle is very comfortable. Some websites offer similar "knock-offs," but trust me - you get what you pay for with Katana Canada.
